Located close to the train station and convention centre, the hotel provides easy access to different places. the rooms are cleaned regularly and well, stocked, with a decent sized fridge and firm mattresses that help to alleviate backaches.

It can be a bit challenging to signal your green intentions without English instructions, and the AC units in non, smoking rooms may produce unpleasant smoke, like smells.

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs as it was very close to the shopping street and the convention center where we attended a conference. The breakfast buffet for 800 yen was also a good deal, and we enjoyed the decent coffee provided. The staff were friendly and worked hard to ensure our stay was pleasant. We appreciated the fact that they provided 24-hour support at the reception desk, especially since we used this city as a springboard for day trips.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the convenient location just a short walk from the train station and shopping areas. The hotel staff was also satisfactory in their service and attention. the cleanliness of the rooms was appreciated, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The size of the rooms was a bit small and cramped, leaving little space to move around. Another issue was the outdated and limited selection on the TV, especially considering the international clientele.
